Have you ever felt like you were going down a boring, unfulfilling, and mundane path? Me too.
That’s what led me to where I am today.
After years of school, studying, and fulfilling everyone else’s dreams but my own, I finally reached my breaking point and that’s when I realized I needed to tune out the noise and start listening to my inner voice. Once I did, life became easier and I felt happier and more fulfilled - personally & professionally.
When I’m not helping others, I love going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, & playing with two boys and my mini-goldendoodle, Newton.
What qualifies me?
I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different roles where I worked directly with individuals who were in need of someone to listen to them and help them move forward with some aspect of their life. Some of my past experiences include working at a group home, the United States Senate, law firms, and a university.
My educational experiences and the disciplines I have studied uniquely position me to work with a variety of individuals on many different topics.

Who do I work with?
My coaching clients have been accommodating the needs and dreams of others, leading them to pursue mundane, unfulfilling, and “boring” careers - both in the law and other fields. They have chased the dreams of others even when they had a feeling something felt off.
My business management clients are tired of wearing too many hats. They’re stretched thin and don’t have the time or expertise to devote to their ever-growing to-do list.
I work with people who are tired of making compromises. My clients are ready to implement change and are empowered to take control of their careers and off-load tasks that no longer serve them.
